Adult Ukulele

Join our beginning adult Uke class to learn strumming alongside a supportive community, making beautiful melodies and harmonies, all while learning strumming basics and an intro to note-reading, rhythms, and chords. No experience necessary, you’ll build musical and artistic confidence and learn music from a variety of genres, from folk to pop to rock. Ukulele is known to be one of the most beginner-friendly instruments; it sounds great solo as well as in an ensemble or a Uke Choir. Bring your own instrument - rentals are also available at Denver Folklore Center - and get ready to have fun and strum! Students will be ready to jump into Ukulele Adults B, private lessons, or any of our other class offerings after this class.
